A little about me before I ask all about you....

Hello Flight Attendants, Air Stewardesses, Pilots, Co-Pilots and all other Crew Members!

My name is Taylor Ahearn.  I am a Brooklyn based documentary photographer and filmmaker.  I grew up in Massachusetts, and still spend plenty of time there, but for the past 10 years I have called New York City home.  I moved to New York in 2010 to attend NYU where I completed my undergraduate degree at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study in Cultural Studies and Production.  I later continued studying at the International Center of Photography in Documentary and Visual Journalism.  Last year, I moved from the Chinatown / Litte Italy neighborhood of Manhattan to the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn, which is where I call home with my boyfriend and our handsome French Bulldog, Elvis. When I am not in the city, I like to spend my time on the water or in the mountains, and I will always say yes to skiing, a bowl of ramen or a wood burning fire.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this project, and I hope you will consider being a part of this on-going collection of stories.  If you do not wish to be in the documentary, but would still like to share your stories, we can arrange an audio only interview. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you might have, I look forward to hearing from you.
